PLEASE NOTE — SETUP & CLEANUP TIME IS INCLUDED IN YOUR 3-HOUR BOOKING. When you choose your date and start time, pick a slot that fits your entire event within the 3-hour block — your setup, the event itself, and your cleanup (for example, 30 minutes to set up + your event + 30 minutes to clean up). HOST A TICKETED / PAID CLASS OR WORKSHOP — POLICIES, GUIDELINES & INFORMATION IMPORTANT — SUBMITTING A REQUEST DOES NOT RESERVE YOUR DATE Once you submit your request, our team reviews your event details and confirms availability. If approved, you will receive an email with a link to complete and sign your rental contract and space-use waiver. Your date is not held, confirmed, or reserved until the signed documents are received by Mystical Celtic Heart. All requests are reviewed in the order they are received. THIS OPTION: TICKETED / PAID — 25% OF TICKET REVENUE Attendees pay any amount — via ticket, registration, sliding scale, or otherwise. J & R Divine, LLC dba Mystical Celtic Heart collects 25% of total ticket or registration revenue and remits 75% to the facilitator or group at the conclusion of the event. Nothing is charged at the time of booking. MANAGEMENT OF TICKETED EVENTS All ticketed classes and workshops held at our space are managed by J & R Divine, LLC dba Mystical Celtic Heart. By submitting a request for a paid event, you agree that ticketing, revenue tracking, and disbursement will be coordinated in accordance with the rental contract issued by J & R Divine, LLC dba Mystical Celtic Heart. PAYMENT TERMS J & R Divine, LLC dba Mystical Celtic Heart retains 25% of all collected ticket or registration revenue. The remaining 75% will be remitted to the facilitator or group at the conclusion of the class or workshop. Revenue-share details are confirmed in your rental contract prior to your event. SPACES & CAPACITY • Indoor space — up to 12 guests. Ideal for small group classes, circles, and close-gathering workshops. • Outdoor space — up to 40 guests. Perfect for larger workshops, movement classes, and community gatherings. Attendance must not exceed the stated maximum for the space reserved. Exceeding capacity is a violation of your rental contract and may result in immediate cancellation of the event. ADVANCE RESERVATION REQUIREMENT All space reservations must be submitted a minimum of 45 days prior to the requested class or workshop date. Requests received with less than 45 days notice will not be considered. The calendar will only offer dates that are at least 45 days out. SPACE RULES • Waiver required. All presenters and organizers must sign our space-use waiver before the event. It is provided alongside your rental contract after approval. No event may proceed without a signed waiver on file. • No proof of insurance required. • Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted but may not be sold. Selling food or beverages of any kind is strictly prohibited. • No alcohol may be sold, served, gifted, or brought onto the premises under any circumstances. • No kitchen access or food preparation. All food must arrive ready to serve. • Events must be open to the general public. Closed or private group events are handled separately — please contact us. • Minimum 45-day advance reservation required. • Leave the space as you found it. Presenters are responsible for full cleanup and returning the space to its original condition. Please be respectful of neighboring businesses, particularly for outdoor events. • Presenters are responsible for the conduct and safety of their participants for the entire event. HOW TO RESERVE 1. Select your date and time and submit this request with your event details. Submitting does not hold or reserve your date. 2. MCH reviews your request for completeness, date availability, and policy alignment. Requests are reviewed in the order received; approval is not guaranteed. 3. If approved, you will receive an email with your rental contract and space-use waiver. Ticketed event contracts are issued by J & R Divine, LLC dba Mystical Celtic Heart. 4. Complete, sign, and return both documents. Your reservation is confirmed only once both signed documents are received by Mystical Celtic Heart. 5. Host your event! For ticketed events, 75% of all collected revenue is remitted to the facilitator or group at the conclusion of the class or workshop; MCH retains 25%. QUESTIONS?
